Who applies to small businesses?
The subjects of small business are individual
entrepreneurs without education aof a legal entity and legal entities, doing business, with an average annual number of
employees of no more than a hundred people and an average annual income of no
more than three hundred thousand monthly calculation indicator, established by the law on the republican budget
and valid for January 1 of the corresponding financial year.
