On approval of the Regulations on the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Republican State Institution "Committee of Fisheries of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is an agency within the competence of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) that performs strategic, regulatory, implementation and control functions in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other aquatic animals.

O. 2. The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, legal acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
