On approval of the Rules for inclusion in the state accounting of minerals of information on the quantity and quality of basic and jointly with them underlying minerals
1. These Rules for the inclusion in the state accounting of minerals of information on the quantity and quality of basic and jointly with them underlying minerals have been developed in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 72 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use" (hereinafter – the Code) and determine the procedure for the inclusion in the state accounting of minerals of information on the quantity and quality of basic and together with them the underlying minerals.
2. The following terms and definitions are used in these Rules:
1) author's reference – brief information on the main content of the report prepared by the authors of the reports;
2) the State Reserves Commission is a collegial body established under the authorized body for the study of the subsoil and carrying out state expertise of the subsoil on hydrocarbons and solid minerals;
