1. These Rules for the payment of subsidies to reduce the cost of Grain Transportation Costs (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 94 of the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine the procedure for providing state financial support (hereinafter referred to as budget subsidies) to reduce the cost of grain transportation costs.

2. The following basic concepts are used in these Rules

1) the administrator of the budget program responsible for the payment of budget subsidies (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator of the budget program) is the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
