1. To make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 21, 2014 No. 63 "On Approval of the Rules for the Implementation of Centralized Operational dispatch Control of Operating Modes of Facilities of the Unified Commercial Gas Supply System" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9893):

The preamble should be redrafted:

"In accordance with subparagraph 11) of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Gas and Gas Supply", I ORDER:";
