In order to develop institutional support and increase the effectiveness of approaches to rural development, as well as to improve the quality of life and create a comfortable living environment in rural areas, I DECREE:

1. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to ensure the adoption of the Concept of Rural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2027 by March 31, 2023;
